Cranberry Brie Pinwheels
These cranberry brie pinwheels look wildly impressive for something that takes maybe 10 minutes to prep. They’re buttery, melty, a little sweet, a little savory — and perfect for Friendsgiving, Thanksgiving, holiday hosting, or any moment where you need people to think you’re effortlessly put together.
Why You’ll Love Them
Only a handful of ingredients
Store-bought puff pastry = zero stress
Easy to prep ahead
Always the first thing gone
Ingredients
1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
½ cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
4–6 oz brie cheese, rind removed and cut into small cubes
1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Fresh rosemary, for garnish (optional but highly encouraged for vibes)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Unroll the thawed puff pastry onto a lightly floured surface.
Spread a thin, even layer of cranberry sauce over the pastry, leaving a small border around the edges.
Sprinkle the brie cubes evenly over the cranberry layer.
Starting from one long side, roll the pastry up tightly into a log.
Using a sharp knife, slice into 1-inch pinwheels and place them cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet.
Brush the tops lightly with egg wash for that golden, glossy finish.
Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until puffed and deeply golden.
Garnish with fresh rosemary before serving for a little extra holiday drama.
Serving Notes
Serve warm while the brie is perfectly melty. These are excellent on their own or alongside a simple cheese board. If you’re hosting, double the batch — trust me.
